 Vision Boards help us to keep our focus on our dreams and goals. As we know, where our focus goes – energy flows.  In this fast moving and chaotic time, it is easy to have our attention pulled away. Having a Vision Board around helps us to refocus our energy on our dreams and goals to give them a platform to enter our lives.

 Karen will take you through a process to connect to Source and your inner self to call in the energy to guide and support you in forming a visual altar for manifestation.

In tribal and shamanic cultures, there is an awareness of magic, energy and the use of curses to seek revenge for some slight or wrong.

Curses are still used to this day. A curse can originate from a being, a group, coming down the bloodline or follow you from another lifetime for whatever karmic reason.
