Clients may receive a full refund for any session canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-show appointments, are not eligible for a refund.

Karen is committed to providing sessions that feel meaningful, supportive, and aligned with each client’s expectations. If a client feels they did not receive the value or experience they hoped for, they may request a refund within 48 hours of the session. Refunds are granted at Karen’s discretion, with the intention of ensuring integrity, trust, and mutual respect within the healing relationship. This policy does not apply to missed appointments or no-shows.
